The 76-year-old, from that region, confessed to a total of 17 charges when he was present at the courthouse on the end of the week.
Nevertheless, he refused to admit one of the sexual offences he was charged with, which was against a nine-year-old boy.

'Sweet game'
The prosecutor, presenting evidence, described the criminal behavior to the legal proceedings.
She said his those affected were under-privileged children who were participating in a summer camp which he ran.
Ruben conducted a "candy game" with the children, Mrs Prior said, in which he would enter the sleeping quarters when they were settling down and tell them to consume candy "rapidly".
She told the court the man had played this game with the boys "over an extended period", and youngsters had previously become sick the following morning.
She said the man had been successful in rationalizing this repeatedly as the children being "overwrought by enjoyment", until his stepson had suspicions in recently.
Mrs Prior KC stated further: "In the summer" his stepson had suspicions about what was going on, justifiably.
"They resolved" to have a look in the defendant's belongings."
The legal counsel stated materials including baby oil, ointment and medical needles were discovered, and his stepson contacted the law enforcement about his suspicions.
She stated the defendant continued to conduct the "sweet game" with six boys that evening - July 26th - and they were everyone unwell the following morning.
"The police had not gone out by that time," she added.
The police watchdog, the investigative body, had stated that it was examining law enforcement's management of the situation.
The prosecutor said the minors were struggling to walk due to being ill, so the family member notified the authorities once more.
She stated Ruben then conducted the "sweet game" in a space of five minors.
